Here are some common questions you may have when researching different home renovation contractors:
Are you a licensed General Contractor?
Yes, I am the QP (Qualified Party) and hold an Arizona license for remodeling, specifically. ROC 352533
Are you bonded?
Yes, for the benefit of our customers, we are actively bonded
Are you insured?
Yes, I carry and stay current on our General Liability Insurance and am happy to provide a copy upon request
Do you do additions?
No, at this time we specialize in interior remodeling, not ground up construction
Can I get a home remodeled while we're out of town?
Yes, many homeowners prefer to have their Winter home renovated while they are out of state, typically during the Summer. You are provided with ongoing updates, including photos/videos, throughout the process.
Can we stay in the property during the remodel?
No, for liability and efficiency, we require the property be vacant until completion. Buyers who have purchased property will love having the home remodeled before move in, and Sellers who are listing a home appreciate having a tour-ready, standout property that can sell faster and for a higher price.
How do I know what to budget?
It's best for you to fill out a free Intake Form to help me understand your priorities, goals and general budget so I can provide better feedback on options and budget alignment.
Do you offer financing?
We accept cashiers check, Zelle, or regular checks; we do not offer financing at this time.
Do you work with referrals?
Yes, and we'd love to be a trusted partner for you, too. If you are a real estate agent, home stager, property manager, lender, etc and are looking to refer out to a general contractor, please reach out to discuss the details of your clients project.
What if my client is just wanting an installer or vendor?
We'd love to discuss how our team can bring your space to life using our trusted network. We don't refer out trades independently, but we can provide a complete project plan that includes everyone needed.
